Notice For Re-Invitation of Tender
Sealed tender based on single stage two envelop system are invited from construction firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-1, C-2 and C-3 who have deposited registration fee for the financial year 2009-10 for the construction of the following works:

Terms and Conditions:
- The bid documents along with tender form can be obtained from the office of project director Institute of Bio Technology and Genetic Engineering, Agricultural University Peshawar durin office hours on submission of written application and upon payment of non refundable fee of Rs. 3000/- for each package.
- Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security @ 2% of bid amount in Pak. Rupees in the shape of deposit at call from schedule bank in Pakistan in favour of Project Director, Institute Bio Technology and Genetic Engineering, Agricultural University Peshawar.
- The bid shall reach the office of project Director on or before opening date.
- The bid will be opened at 12;:00 hrs by the bid opening committee on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representative in the committee room no. 2 office 0 Vice Chancellor.
- Technical and financial bids must be submitted in an outer sealed envelop containing two seal envelops for technical and financial bid. The inner envelops shall clearly mark as technical bi( and financial bid.
- The financial bid of technically qualified bidders will be opened only whereas the financial bi, of non qualified bidders will not be considered and returned un opened to the respective bidders.
- Conditional, incomplete and bid filled with pencils are not acceptable. Cutting overwriting, erasing in rate quantity be avoided all together or properly initialed duly stamped.
- A pre bid meeting will be held on 19-01-2010 in the office of Project Director, SIBGE. Attendance of the pre bid meeting is mandatory so that clarification regarding bidding procedure shall be given to the bidders and their queries answered.
- All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the bidding documents which must be read carefully by all bidders before submission of the bids.
- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason thereof.
