TENDER NOTICE

Security Surveillance System &
Computerized Identity Cards

Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed National/International firms having established offices and after sale services facilities in Peshawar, Islamabad/Rawalpindi and Lahore and registered with Sale Tax Department, Government of Pakistan for the supply of the following

01	Security Surveillance System: IP based CCTV Cameras, Core2Duo Computers, UPS, Monitoring Software, 40” LCDs, Network manageable/un-manageable Switches, Cabling both Fiber Optic/UTP CAT6, Power Cabling, Control Room Designing, Devices
02	Computerized Identity Cards: Card printer, color ribbons, Film for printer, PVC cards, Magnetic Card readers, Access Control software, Electromagnetic Lock, cables and accessories.

The interested firms shall obtain detailed tender documents from the office of Incharge CNEP, on any working day during office hours. The sealed tenders along with 2% earnest money in the shape of call deposit / bank draft from any schedule bank in favour of Director Finance, NWFP Agricultural University Peshawar shall reach the office of the Store Officer on or before 10/12/2009 up to 12:00 Noon.

The Committee will open the sealed bids on the same day at 12:30 p.m. in the presence of bidders or their agents in the Committee Room of Water Management Department, NWFP Agricultural University Peshawar.

The Committee reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason their off. Conditional and incomplete bids will not be entertained. Income Tax and Sale Tax will be deducted as per Government rules.
