Prof. Dr. Alam Zeb
Dr. Alam Zeb has done is PhD & Post Doctorate in Food Science from University of Leeds UK.
His Research Field in food science is Food Additives. He remained the Chairman Department of Food Science, Currently he is performing his duties as Professor and Dean Faculty of Nutrition Sciences.
As a Professor he has taught the following courses
1. Food Preservation Techniques
2. Beverage Technology
3. Food & Factory Laws
4. Food Additives
5. Food Analysis & Sensory Evaluation.
6. Food Quality Assurance Management.
