- The research project titled "Model fitting of daily rainfall data for agricultural planning in some selected rainfed/partially rainfed areas of Pakistan" (under the HEC-AUP research promotion program) is near completion.
Projects Completed:
- Analysis of daily rainfall data of different sites in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to give agronomically useful results (Completed).

Awards/Honors/Recognitions: |
Got the first prize for my research articles on Statistics by the National Book Foundation, Islamabad for the year 1995-96.
The award is part of the scheme initiated by the foundation to the best research paper writer (in various subjects) of the year. The commendation certificate and award money (Rs. 25,000/-) were conferred upon in November, 1997 at Islamabad. |
