In view of the high demand for business and management professionals in the province, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Agricultural University was established the IBMS in 1998, with the key objectives to provide quality education in the field of Business Management, Computer Sciences and Information Technology. Initially, the Institute started with its enrollment of 292. However, currently students enrollments in 4500. This reflects its growing popularity amongst the masses due to provision of congenial learning atmosphere to students and availability of highly qualified teaching staff. Currently, the institute is offering following degree programs:
BBA (Hons), BS(CS), BS(IT), MBS, MS(CS), MS(IT), MS(MS).
