Submission of Make Up Examination Forms (Spring Semester 2012)
It is notified for the information of all concerned failed students of IBMS/CS and Affiliated Institutes to submit their Examination Forms (Spring Semester Subjects only) as per following Schedule.
The students of IBMS/CS should submit their forms to sectional heads in IBMS/CS and the students of affiliated Institutes to incharge of the Institute concerned.

No Examination form will be entertained beyond 15th May, 2012
Attach two latest attested photograph with the examination form.
Copy of the DMC showing failed subjects of the semester applied for, must be attached with the form.
Attach original receipt of Rs.500/- Per Subject.
