Ph.D WRITTEN COMPREHENSIVE EXAMINATION

Written Comprehensive Examination has been scheduled to be held as per following timetable:

Venue shall be notified well before the examination

All Advisors of Ph.D programme are requested to process cases of those Ph.D students who have completed their course requirements as per rules and are ready to appear in the Written Comprehensive Examination. It is important to note that the concerned advisor should submit panel of examiners for major paper-I, II and minor paper-III alongwith student’s course work proforma and copy of DMC to reach the undersigned on or before 15-02-2010.  Those candidates who had already applied for Ph.D Written Comprehensive Examination for October 2009 and meet the requirements are need to apply a fresh.

The cases shall be routed through DAS&R who is requested to make sure the submission of cases on 15-02-2010. Students are once again advised to note that the last date for receipt of above mentioned cases is 15-02-2010.
