"Procurement of Scientific Equipment, Office & Library Equipment for New Lab. Complex of SIBGE Project"

Terms and condition:

• The tender documents along with tender form shall be obtained from the office of the Project Director Strengthening Institute of Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering, Agricultural University Peshawar during office hours on submission of written applications and upon payment of non refundable fee of Rs.5000/- for Scientific Equipment and Rs.2000/- for Office & Library Equipments.
• Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security @ 2% of bid amount in Pak. Rupees in the shape of deposit at call from schedule bank in Pakistan in favour of Project Director, Strengthening Institute of Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering, Agricultural University Peshawar.
• The bid shall reach the office of the Project Director Strengthening Institute of Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering, Agricultural University Peshawar on 28th March 2012.
• The bids will be opened at 12:00 hrs by the bid opening committee on the same day in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representative in the office of Project Director Strengthening Institute of Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering, Agricultural University Peshawar.
• Conditional, incomplete and bid filled with pencils are not acceptable. Cutting overwriting, erasing in rate and quantity be avoided all together or properly duly stamped.
• Proof regarding registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax Department must be attached with the tender /bid.
• Rates are to be quoted for the items specified as per BOQ. Substitute, variety rate are not acceptable.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without assigning any reason thereof.
