Notice for invitation of Tender/Bids
Sports Equipments, Furniture/Fixtures for Multi-purpose Sports Gymnasium
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sales Tax department Govt. of Pakistan for the supply of Sports Equipments, Furniture/Fixtures for Multi-purpose Sports Gymnasium at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Agricultural University Peshawar.
Terms and condition:
- The intended Firm shall affix copy of registration and renewal receipt with their application.
- The interested firms/supplier shall obtain Tender Documents from the undersigned's office upto 30-04-2012 on any working day during office hours.
- The sealed tenders with 2% earnest money in shape of deposit at call/bank draft in favor of Director Finance, KP Agricultural University Peshawar shall reach the office of the undersigned on or before03-05-2012 upto 11:00 Hrs.
- The bids will be opened by the committee on the same day at 12:00 Hrs. in presence of the bidders or their agents in the office of Director of Works.
- No conditional or without call deposit tender will be entertained.
- The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
