The University of Agriculture, Peshawar-Pakistan

Sealed tenders are invited from the eligible firms/ bidders in accordance with PPRA Procurement Rules, 2014 on single stage single envelope for the following work on or before 14/06/2022 at 11:00 am to the office of Project Director (ETDC), The University of Agriculture Peshawar through Courier Service. The tender will be opened on the same date at 11:30 am in the presence of contractors or their authorized representative.

Conditions:

Tender Forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs.500/- during office hours upto 13/06/2022.
Tender duly filled and accompanied with earnest money (2% of engineer estimate) in shape of Call Deposit in the name of Director Finance, The University of Agriculture Peshawar issued from any schedule Bank of Pakistan. No tender will be entertained for competition without accompany of call deposit.
Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant category valid upto closing date along with NTN & KPRA Registration and CNIC copy (attested) shall be attached with application/ tender form.
Tenders and copy of Call Deposit received through fax or by hand will not be acceptable.
Incomplete / conditional bids shall not be acceptable.
PEC agreement will be applicable with successful bidder.
All taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
No premium will be admissible on Non Schedule item.
Further conditions will be attached with tender form, must be signed by the contractor.
The Bidder will be liberty to enquire about any information from the office of undersigned on any working before tender closing date.
The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bid by assigning cogent reason(s).
