Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed National/International firms having established offices and after sale services facilities in Peshawar and registered with Sale Tax Department, Government of Pakistan for the supply of the following Tender:

1. The interested firms shall obtain detailed tender documents from the office of the Director (P&D) on any working day during office hours. The tender documents can also be downloaded from University Website www.aup.edu.pk/tender.php The sealed tenders along with 2% earnest money in the shape of call deposits, bank draft from any schedule bank in favour of Director Finance, Agricultural University Peshawar shall reach the office of the undersigned on or before 20/02/2010 up to 10:00 am.
   
   
2. The Committee will open the sealed bids on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of intending bidders or their agents in the Committee Room of the Department of Water Management, NWFP Agricultural University Peshawar.
   
   
3. The Committee reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason their off. Conditional and incomplete bid will not be entertained. Income Tax and Sales Tax will be recovered as per Government rules.
