Feed Mill
5 tons per hour capacity including all the components and accessories of the standard specification along with flow diagram and prices.

Quotations in parts will not be acceptable.  
 

University Model Feed Mill with a capacity of 5 tons/hour for the academic research and extension is to be installed on turnkey basis. Free maintenance and repair services shall be provided for one year after installation and trial test (turnkey); Operational manual in English/Urdu shall be supplied. The equipment supply must meet the minimum requirement of certified standards of PSI/ISO. The bidder must visit the mill building and other related arrangements on the spot. Bidders must provide company profile, set-wise technical proposal, mill design and schedule of work including physical facilities for civil, electrical and other related issues to be identified on the spot. These conditions shall be applicable along with the general terms & conditions given in the tender document.

Receiving section; Grinding system; Batching/Mixing system; Compressed air system; Electrical and automation system; Main scale/weighing bridge for trucks (60t); Tools for  workshop; Hand trolleys 2.

Section I  Receiving System
Duster Filter, Receiving Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Drum Cleaner, Magnet, Diverter Valve, Distributing Conveyor, High Level Indicators and other desired components as per mill design.

Section II  Grinding System
Low Level Indicators, Discharge Gates, Hammer Mill Feeder, Magnet, Hammer Mill, Dust Filter, Transfer Conveyor, Bucket Elevator, Diverter Valves and other parts as per  sketch proposed by the bidders.

Section III  Batching/Mixing System

Low Level Indicators, Screw Feeders, 1000 KGS Batching Scale, Bucket Elevator, Mixer Loading Hopper, Dust Filter, Low Level Indicators, Discharge Gate, Molasses Transfer and Metering System, 1000 KGS Paddle Mixer, Low Level Indicators, Bagging Conveyor, Twin Bagging Spout, 50 KGS Platform Scale, Bag Sewing Head and other necessary parts.

Section IV  Compressed Air System

Section V  Electrical and Automation System

      Motor Control Center as per requirement of the system.
      PLC Control Panel  with all necessary parts and diagram.
      Field Wiring according to the system.

(Horizontal Paddle Mixer,  Hydraulic Press, Working platform & moulds)

Unit including the following components:

  1. Hydraulic Press (Electric/Power )
  2. Horizontal Paddle Mixer for mixing block ingredients, capacity 500 kg  
  3. Working Steel Platform  for  attachment with the hydraulic press-one
  4. Mould for feed block    08 Nos.

Mineral Mixer; Half ton capacity with grinding and packaging facilities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Any tender without 2% earnest money will be out-rightly rejected.
  2. Conditional / incomplete tenders will not be accepted.
  3. The payment of equipment is coupled with installation / commissioning of equipment; therefore, supplier should make sure that bid is complete in all respects including consumables etc.
  4. The bidders must submit following documents:
  1. Manufacturer Authorization Certificate.
  2. List of Technical / Engineering staff
  3. List of reference installation in Pakistan for similar equipment.
  4. Non-Black List Certificate
  5. The bidder shall be responsible for their installation, calibration, free service and warranty for at least one year from the date the equipment is made functional by the supplier.
  6. All products to be supplied must be in brand new condition with one year warranty and after sale free service .
  7. The price of the goods quoted shall be on F.O.R and C&F, NWFP Agricultural University, Peshawar basis.
  8. Taxes levied by the Government, if any, shall be paid by the bidder and must be included in the quoted prices. Hence insurance charges are seller’s responsibility. The NWFP Agricultural University, Peshawar is exempted from whole of custom duties according to Ministry of Finance, Economic Affairs, Statistic & Revenue SRO 362(1)/2000 dated 17-6-2000.
  9. The NWFP Agricultural University, Peshawar (Purchase Committee) reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity, accept or reject any bid and to stop the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of supply order without incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidders of the ground for such actions.
  10. Under FOR, payment shall be made in the form of cheques, which shall be issued, after receipt of equipment, inspection, installation and operation according to the following schedule.    
    1. 90% Payment at the time of successful installation and operation.
    2. 10% After one year from the date of installation and operation.Note:

All taxes, insurance etc will be deducted from bills as per government rules. The mode of payment may be changed by the university according to the nature of equipment/ machinery and will be reflected in the supply order.

  • Supplier will arrange on the job/ of the job training for the equipment / machinery supplied in case if required. Such training will be considered as part of the supplies.
  • It will be the responsibility of supplier to arrange standards/ consumables required for the calibration of the equipment.
