NOTIFICATION

In continuants of notification No. 682/DT/AUP dated 12-02-2009, it is notified for the information of all time-bared students that on the recommendation of Academic Council, the Syndicate in its meeting held on 12-01-2009 has accorded approval regarding extension in time duration for completion of their degree in various disciplines. The syndicate decision is as under:

All students who failed in various subjects and are not eligible to appear in examination due to time bar are allowed once only in scheduled examinations of Spring and Fall Semesters in Academic Year 2009 (no make up or special make up examinations) in order to complete the degree requirement.
The Vice Chancellor is authorized to grant relaxation in time period up to one (01) year on the recommendation of the Committee comprising all Deans, concerned Chairman/Director, Director Advanced Studies and Research, Director Teaching and Controller of Examinations.
