Admission Notice Fall 2019

Online applications are invited on prescribed forms for admission to BBA (Hons.) and BS (CS) degree programs in The University of Agriculture, Peshawar.
  1. Admission Forms & bank receipt can be downloaded from The University of Agriculture, Peshawar, official website http://portal.aup.edu.pk/ from September 11, 2019.
  2. All the applicants shall download bank receipt from the university website and deposit Rs.1000/- (Non-Refundable) in any branch of Habib Bank Limited, Pakistan. Candidates applying for multiple categories/ reserved seats must download separate Application Form and deposit Rs.500/- (Non-Refundable) for each discipline.
  3. Hardcopy of application form(s) complete in all respect along with attested copies of all required documents and original bank receipt(s) must reach on or before September 30, 2019 to Directorate of Teaching, The University of Agriculture, Peshawar.
  4. Merit for admission to Bachelor Degree Programs shall be determined on the basis of combined percentage of marks obtained in SSC (40% weight) & HSSC or equivalent (60% weight).
  5. Candidates who have attained or shall attain the age of 25 years on the last date of the submission of application forms shall not be eligible for admission to Bachelor degree programs.
  6. Admission will be granted on merit and availability of seats in the respective disciplines to the candidates with at least 45% marks each in SSC & HSSC from a recognized board for the advertised Bachelor degree programs as per eligibility criteria mentioned against each.
Degree Program Eligibility
BBA (Hons.) F.Sc./D.Com/DBA/I.Com/DAE/ICS (Equivalency certificate needed where required) or F.A. with at least one of these subjects (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics)
BS (CS) F.Sc./FCS or Intermediate in Gen. Science/ Computer Science or equivalent

Note:
  1. Rules & regulations regarding admission, Examinations, Hostels etc. and Fee Structure are available on the University official website.
  2. Hostel and Transport facilities will be provided on merit and availability of seats.
  3. The University is awarding scholarships for the financial needs of the needy students through HEC, USAID and number of other needs based Scholarships as well as awarding scholarships to the students on high academic achievements (detail of scholarships is available on the University official website).
