Corrigendum

The Syndicate in its 129th meeting held on 04-12-2025 vide sub item No.5, approved the recommendation of 59th Academic Council regarding one time extension to time barred students of the session 2018-2022, 2019-2023 and DVM 2018-2023, 2019-2024, It is notified for the information of the time barred students to submit form for their fail papers irrespective (Spring/Fall) up to 16, January 2026.

“It was also recommended the grant of one-time extension to the students of above mentioned sessions shall be subject to charge of Rs.2000/- per month for the period over and above the maximum allowable time duration required for the completion of their degree requirements and have remained registered students of their respective semesters. In addition the concerned time barred students shall also be charged Rs. 4000/- per paper for appearing in the examinations and R.5000/- for submission of project/internship report. The Controller of Examination will make arrangements for their examinations in January 2026 accordingly”

NOTE:

1. No form will be entertained beyond 16-01-2026.
2. Attach Two latest attested photographs with the examination form.
3. Copy of the DMC showing failed subjects of the semester(s) applied for, must be attached with the exam form.
4. All Chairpersons/Directors Institutes/Principal College of Veterinary Sciences (CVS) and Director AMK campus are requested to arrange Make up exams up to 25th January 2026 and submit the result to the Secrecy / Examination Section as per University rules.
5. No result(s) will be accepted in secrecy/examination section after due date.
