RENEWAL/REGISTRATION IN 5TH SEMESTER (SPECIALIZATION).

All concerned students of B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture part-II (Session Fall 2023-27) seeking admission in 5th semester (Specialization) are directed to download renewal/registration form, from the link below and submit the hard copy complete in all aspects to the Department concerned from 18/08/2025 to 22/08/2025.

The rules and regulations for admission to opt a discipline (5th semester) in B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, are as under.

  1. In B.Sc. (Hons.) Agric. Part III and BBA (Hons.) Part III, a student may apply for admission in specialization to the different department on his/her choice.
  2. Admission in a discipline shall be granted purely on merit. The number of students to be admitted shall be decided by the following committee, keeping in view the existing staff, available facilities and accreditation requirements:
         •    Concerned Dean
         •    Chairman of Department / Director of Institute/ Campus
         •    Two Senior Faculty of the Department
         •    Director Teaching
  3. Change of specialization will be allowed to students with consent of the concerned Chairman/ Director and approval of the respective Dean (In case of AMKC Mardan by the Director) within three weeks of the beginning of the classes.
  4. Merit for admission in the discipline shall be determined on the basis of CGPA earned by the student in the first three semesters. In case a student freeze a semester the merit shall be determined on the basis of CGPA earned by the student in the remaining two semesters.

Therefore, all the concerned Chairmen/Director IDS are requested to admit students in you respective department on merit and send the list of students admitted in your respective departments with registration/renewal forms and original deposit slip to the Directorate of Teaching for provisional registration in the respective departments. The list of cumulative grade points average earned by the students in the previous three semesters can be downloaded from the link below.

Note: All the Chairmen of the Departments are requested to retain the original fee deposit slip from the students granted admission in your respective department, in order to avoid registration in more than one department.
