It is notified for the information of all under-graduate time barred students of Agriculture, Biotechnology, IBMS session 2009-2012 and DVM 2009-2013 onward to submit their examination form for failed subjects of Spring Semester up to June 16, 2017 with the condition approved by the Syndicate in its meeting held on 17-5-2017 which is reproduced below.

"The Council recommended extension to time barred students of up to three(03) years over and above the maximum admissible time period (i.e six years) for completion of undergraduate degree with a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per month. The foregoing extension shall however be subject to the condition that the student should have remained bonafide registered student of the respective semester in which the student intends to appear"

Note:

No form will be entertained beyond 16-6-2017.
Attach two latest photographs with the examination form duly attested by concerned Chairman/Director.
Copy of the DMC showing failed subjects of the semester(s) applied for must be attached with the exam form.
Attach original receipt of Rs1000/- per subject.
Attach original receipt of Time bared fee period.
Students of Agriculture, Biotechnology and DVM, submit their exams form complete in all respect to the concerned teachers.
Students of IBMS/Affiliated Institute, submit their Exams form complete in all respect to sectional heads/incharge of college.
