SUBMISSION OF MAKE UP EXAMINATION FORMS
1st, 3rd 5th 7th and 9th Semester
In continuation to this office Notification No.4057/cond/Exam, dated 10-10-2018.
It is notified for the information of undergraduate failed students (Session 2013-2016, DVM 2013-2017 and 2014-2017) to submit their Make-up Examination Forms for their failed papers if any of 1st, 3rd 5th 7th and 9th semester, as per following Schedule:

Submission of Make up Forms
- Students of Agriculture, Biotechnology & DVM: Concerned Teachers.
- Students of IBMS: Sectional Heads
- Students of affiliated Institutes: Principal/Incharge of Institutes
Note:
- No form will be entertained beyond 14th January, 2019.
- Attach two latest attested photographs with the examination form.
- Copy of the DMC showing failed subjects of the semester must be attached with the exam form.
- Attach original receipt of Rs.1000/- Per Subject.
