SECRECY/EXAMINATIONS SECTION

In continuation of this office notification No. 679/Exam/Conduct dated 07-04-2026.
It is notified for the information of all Undergraduate degree programs students except time barred who have failed their subjects irrespective of Spring/Fall Semester to apply for Make up examinations, subject to the condition that no student will be allowed without registration and 75% attendance in the respective semester(s).

Students of B.Sc (H) Agriculture, DVM and Biotechnology shall submit their examination form to the teachers concerned while students of FMCS shall submit their examination form to sectional heads along with a fee of Rs.2000/ per subject.

NOTE:

1. No form will be entertained beyond 07-05-2026.
2. Attach Two latest attested photographs with the examination form.
3. Copy of the DMC showing failed subjects of the semester(s) applied for, must be attached with the exam form.
4. Attach original receipt of Rs.2000/- per subject.
5. All Chairpersons/Directors Institutes/Principal College of Veterinary Sciences (CVS) and Director AMK campus are requester to arrange Make up exams after final term examinations and submit the result to the Secrecy/Examination Section as per University rules.
6. No result(s) will be accepted in secrecy/examination section after due date.
